Richard Wallace is the Founder and Director of Equity and Transformation (EAT), a structured, organizing, community-based organization whose mission is to build social and economic equity for Black informal workers. Additionally, Wallace is a member of the Policy Table Leadership team at the Movement for Black Lives and sits on the Atlantic Fellows Global Advisory Board.
